Our recommendation model calculates a score for the talent based on the job details and some predefined criteria. Behind the recommendation model is an artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, which takes into account almost all current information and is continuously developed. The model also learns when other recruiters have invited people to apply or rejected them and thus this has an influence on the matching value. However, the frequency with which people are invited or rejected does not influence the value.
