Use the tagging function to mark applications of interest and create your own structured overview of the most promising candidates.
Create tags
Create tags by going to ´Settings´ (1) > ´Applications´ (2) > ´Candidate Tags´ (3) and adding a new tag (4). Assign a name to the tag (5) and select an appropriate color (6). You can also choose an individual color that matches your company: enter the HEX color code, e. g. #FFFF00 for yellow (7).
[tip]
The best way to find out the exact HEX color code for your company is to get in touch with your marketing department.
You can also use Google's free color picker by searching Google for "color picker" or "Farbwähler".
[/tip]
Tags give you a variety of segmentation options. For example:
- Talent pool: Mark people with high potential with the tag "Talent Pool" to build your own talent pool.
- Skills: Create tags for different skills that are important in your company, such as English, PHP.
- Positions: If you are looking for recurring specialists, mark suitable candidates with the corresponding job title, e. g. Waiter/Waitress.
- Departments: Group applicants based on your company's departments, such as "Talent Pool Marketing".
Tag candidates
Assign one or more tags to the applicants by clicking on ´Edit Tags´ (1) in the candidate profile. Now select the appropriate tag(s) from the list by clicking on ´Select a tag´ (2).
Do you want to remove a tag? Then click on the ´x´ next to the tag (3). Otherwise, save the changes (4).
Filter by tags
After you have tagged your applicants accordingly, filter the list of candidates (1) by the respective tag (2) to display all talents in this pool.
