As a rule, employees of the specialist department in which the position is advertised are involved in the evaluation of candidates. They influence whether the talent is invited for an interview in the next step.
The "Request a review" function in TalentManager gives you the option of asking your colleagues for an evaluation directly via the candidate profile in the project. The reviewed person must have a XING profile, but no TalentManager licence. This function is only available for candidates with a XING profile.
- Pick out a candidate in the search results list or in one of your projects
- Click on the three-dot button and select "Request a review"
- In the window, enter the name of the person you are requesting a review from (only possible for XING members).
- Briefly compose a personal message and then click "Request a review".
- Via the "Review" tab in the candidate profile, you can see at a glance whether ratings have been received or whether and which ones are still pending.
