Use search results - Add talents to projects/pools

Add talents to a project and/or pool

1. Do a search
2. In the search result list, click on the "Add to project" button for the respective talent.
3. This opens the window in which you can select the correct project.
4. Use the dropdown menu to choose whether to add the talent to your own or team projects or pools.
5. Select the candidate status and finally click on "Add to project"

 

Add talents to multiple projects/pools

 

Talents can be assigned to an unlimited number of projects and/or pools.

1. In the search result list, click on the "Add to project / pool" button for the respective talent.
2. This opens the window in which you can select the right project or pool.
3. Use the drop-down menu to choose whether to add the talent to your own or team projects or pools. Select the talent status and then click on "Add to project / pool".
4. To add the talent to other projects/pool as well, repeat steps 1 to 3.
