Create and use Smart Pools

A Smart Pool is an automatically created talent pool whose candidate list is based on your personal search criteria. It updates continuously, so you always have access to up to 1.000 candidates who match your criteria.

 

Create a Smart Pool

1. Log in to TalentManager.
2. Perform a search.
3. Create a Smart Pool. To do this, click on the "Create Smart Pool" button in the top right of the results list.
   
   
4. Enter a name and a description text.
5. Then click on "Create Smart Pool".

The Smart Pool now updates itself daily and is visible to your entire team. New members are displayed with the "NEW" badge.

Use a Smart Pool

Via your TalentpoolManager, you can find the Smart Pool in the "Talent Pools" section. There you have the possibility to edit pool details and criteria or to archive the pool. In addition, you can assign candidates to a suitable project or pool. Only the administrator can delete pools or assign them to someone.
