Create and use talent pools

If the talent matches the profile you are looking for, you have the option to transfer it directly to a pool in TalentpoolManager and save it.

 

Create your own or team pools

1. Log in to the TalentManager.
2. In the menu bar on the left, click on "Talent pools" below "TalentpoolManager".
3. Click on "Create talent pool" at the top right of the overview page.
4. Assign a name, talent pool status and a description text.
5. Decide whether you want to share this talent pool as a team pool.
6. Then click on "Create" at the top right.

Create pools with known talents or positions. Transfer talent you want to stay in touch with long-term to these pools.

Save talents to your own or team pools

1. Perform a search or go to an existing project.
2. Select suitable / interesting talents by selecting the checkbox in front of the candidate tile.
3. Click on the "Add to talent pool" tab.
4. Search for the matching created own pool or team pool.
5. Assign another talent status.
6. Then click on "Add to talent pool".
