In this article you will learn about the steps you can take to edit, archive or reactivate your projects.
Edit a project
- In TalentManager, click on "Projects" in the left navigation bar.
- Select the project. (Note: You can only edit your own projects).
- Click on the "Edit Details" button in the upper right corner. There you can change all information as well as the visibility settings of the project. The changes will then immediately affect the recommendations, smart templates and predefined searches.
Archive a project
- In TalentManager, click on "Projects" on the left navigation bar.
- Using the three-dot button by the desired project,
- select "Archive" from the drop-down menu.
Delete a project
Only the administrator can manage and delete projects via the "Administration Area".
Restore a project
- In the "Projects" tab, go to the top menu bar and click on the "Active projects" filter.
- Within the filter, you can view already archived projects as well as all projects.
- Now click on "Archived projects". All archived projects are displayed in the result list.
- Use the three-dot button next to the desired project to select the "Restore" option in the drop-down menu.
