There are two different authorization groups for editing the employer branding profile.
- Administrators and
- Editors
Editors have the ability to make changes to the content of the employer branding profile, e.g. post news and adjust the company presentation.
In addition to the functions that the editor can use, administrators have access to the team management. They can change the roles of existing administrators, add new administrators, or remove deposited administrators.

If the user in question is already assigned to your employer profile as a comment user, you can make him or her an editor as follows.
- Log in to "Mein kununu" with your XING login data.
- Go to "Benutzerverwaltung" in the left navigation menu.
In the "Aktive Benutzer·innen" list, select a person for whom you want to change the role.
Now click on "Edit". - On the overlay that opens, select the "Editor" or "Kommentarnutzer" role.
- Finally, click on "Speichern".

If the affected user does not immediately get access to the profile editor of the employer profile, ask the colleague to log out and log in again.

If the user is not yet assigned to your employer profile, first follow the steps of "Add and invite user" to assign the role "Kommentarnutzer" to convert him or her into a profile editor, make the appropriate setting under "Edit" - as described in the paragraph above.
How to change the rights:
- After logging into BrandManager, go to your profile picture in the upper right corner and click on "manage team" in the drop-down menu.
- You will see a listing of all active users, including role assignments.
- In the listing, go to the name of the person you want to edit.
- Once you have found the person, go to "Edit".
- You can change the rights via the selection field.
- Then click on "Save".
