Invite users
- Click on "Einladen" at the top of the page.
- Now copy the invitation link that is displayed.
- Send the registration link to your team or targeted people. Your employee will then be guided through the necessary steps (registration/login, access request to employer profile).
Management of open requests
If a colleague has requested the rights for the comment function for your employer profile, this request will be displayed in the "Open user requests" area. If there are no open requests, the section will not be displayed. You can "reject" the open requests (the requester does not have any access to your employer profile) or "accept" them (the requester becomes an active comment user of the employer profile and can comment on ratings and company culture and answer questions).
Determine administrator
- Log in to XING. Go to "Company" in the navigation on the left.
- Now click on the "Manage team" button in the top right below the search.
- The team administration opens, in which you can see the currently assigned roles.
- Click on the "Add team member" button and use any XING user as an editor for your employer profile. You can choose between editor and administrator rights.

The XING company profile does not show which employee manages the profile. Editors can also be named who have not specified the employer as the current employer in their XING profile. This is helpful, for example, in the case of cooperation with an agency.

Dealing with a change of personnel
In the event of a change of personnel in the management of your employer profile, two administrators must first be created in order to subsequently withdraw the rights of the departing administrators and then remove them. This procedure only applies to employer profiles on XING.
