To start with, we will give you a few tips to get to know the JobManager and to be able to use it optimally.
If you have logged into the JobManager, you are automatically in the dashboard.
In the left area there is a side menu with the tabs "Jobs" and "Administration".
Job ads
You will find an overview and the status of your job ads on the dashboard.
- Active: These ads are online and applications are being accepted.
- Inactive: These ads have expired, been disabled by an administrator, or have reached their kick limit.
- Drafts: There is still work to be done here. These ads are in progress or are serving as templates. The advertisements can be called up and edited further or subsequently published using the pencil symbol.
- Archived: You can filter the ads in various ways or, if you click on a specific job ad, you can view further details (candidates, recommendations and statistics). You also have the option of directly creating a job advertisement.
Administration
In the administration, you get an overview and information about the fixed-price job ad contracts. In the upper right area, you can change the period and make settings for monthly reports.

You will automatically receive a report on the first of every month with the job advertisement data for the last month. To do this, click on "Settings for monthly reports" and enter your e-mail address.
