A project is an organized workspace within TalentManager that is used to track and manage talent. You have the ability to create and share projects with other recruiters or employees in your company in your dashboard.
There are two types of projects - own projects and team projects.
My projects
Own projects are managed and edited by a single user. Only this user and the administrator have access to the project.
The project can be shared with other team members and made available as a team project.
The administrator has the option of managing their own project, e.g. assigning it to another team member in the event of termination, sharing it as a team project, archiving it or deleting it.
Team projects
Team projects are projects that can be edited and viewed by all employees who have a license for TalentManager.
They can be found under the Team projects tab.
For each team project, you can see who is primarily responsible for the project.
