Roles are a collection of defined authorizations that determine which actions TalentManager users can perform and which not, e.g. B. create projects or run reports. Each person can only have one role at a time.
There are two roles in the TalentManager: recruiters and administrators.
Administrator
Administrators are employees with additional rights to manage and customize your TalentManager.
You can perform the following tasks:
- Manage projects,
- manage pools and
- manage team messages.
- Assign and remove licences to team members view the performance of individuals in your recruiting team.
- Adapt talent status and project status to your recruiting processes.
- Perform recruiter's tasks.
Recruiter
The recruiter role is defined by an administrator.
Recruiters look for suitable talents on XING and interact with them.
You can perform the following tasks:
- Create projects, create pools and work with shared projects/pools and read shared messages.
- Write messages to talents.
- Share messages with the team.
- View your own and shared team performance.
