If you are not yet familiar with the XING TalentManager, but would like to use all functions optimally, define your goals with your team in advance.
Analyze your activities and use statistics to improve your HR work. How do you find out whether your work with the TalentManager is having the desired effect? Recruiter Insights is the central and smart cockpit that summarizes all relevant recruiting key figures at a glance.
This will enable you to:
- to report clearly and at the push of a button,
- compare key figures from different periods and your own performance with that of other recruiting teams,
- make your recruiting mix even more effective and thus to find suitable talents more quickly.
Recruiter Insights brings together the most important key figures from all XING recruiting solutions used. These include the TalentManager, the job advertisements, employee recommendations or the company's own talent pool.
How to proceed:
- Log into TalentManager.
- Go to the Recruiter Insights section in the navigation on the left.
- Click on "Your Performance". Among other things, the dashboard shows the key figure "Time to Hire", i.e. the time from a job advertisement to the hiring of the new talent. This gives you access to top-level key figures for management reporting as well as for departmental performance analysis in recruiting.
- You can define your personal "time to hire" in the selected project at any time for the hired talent.
