Organizational matters

Create vacancies
- Decide which vacancies you want to fill with Active Recruiting.
- Approach the respective department and discuss possible search criteria (must-haves, nice-to-haves, qualifications, target companies, etc.) as well as the candidate profile.
- Then create a project for each vacancy.
- After creating the project, you will receive the first candidate recommendations. Maybe there is already a first match for you?
- Archive completed projects to keep track of them at all times.
- And move top candidates to a talent pool for later (TalentManager Pro only).
- Get quick and easy internal feedback on talents via the "Reviews" function.
Search for candidates
- Start your search. Here are some useful tips.
- Create a keyword and target company list.
- Save suitable candidates in the corresponding project and assign a candidate status.
- Save your searches so that you can return to them at any time.
Approach candidates
- Address suitable candidates and write messages.
- Formulate job and target group-specific templates that you can individualize for each candidate.
- To do this, it helps to be aware of the change motivators for your target group.
