Log in to the XING TalentService website with your XING profile and enter the relevant information for the position into a briefing form. - Briefing Consultation
In a 60-minute briefing session, our recruiting expert will advise you on your job requirements and employer brand. We will also openly discuss the chances of successfully filling the position. - Talent Search & Selection
Once commissioned, your recruiting expert will publish your vacancy on the XING job market. At the same time, we begin searching for and reaching out to suitable talents using our extensive recruiting experience and advanced algorithms. - Interview Phase
Our recruiting expert conducts phone interviews with interested talents, gathering insights on their willingness to switch, suitability, and salary expectations. - Your Digital Dashboard
Receive weekly reports and track the current search status anytime via your dashboard. Suitable and interested talents (on average 3-5) will be delivered directly to you within four weeks. - Select & Connect
You decide which candidates to move forward with in your hiring process, and we facilitate the connection. We also handle rejection management for the remaining talents. - Final Consultation
If desired, you will receive additional valuable insights and feedback on the selection process in a closing discussion.
