With the new search function in your onlyfy Application Manager, you save valuable time in your daily recruiting routine and always have your most important projects and candidates at your fingertips. The quick search adapts to your needs thanks to quick actions and a favorites list.

Search function
In the quick search, you have access to candidates and jobs. Here’s how to make the most of it:
- First, select a category (candidates or jobs).
- Find candidates using their name or email address. For recruiting projects, use the job title.
- Select the desired profile or project.
- The search results display up to 10 entries. Clicking on a result takes you directly to the candidate’s profile or the applicant list for the respective job.

The quick search provides fast access to your hiring projects or specific candidates. If you need a more specific search (e.g., for sourcing or application management), switch to the candidate or job list to access the familiar advanced search and filter options.

Customize your search with the favorites list
Add important pages to your favorites list with a single click on the star icon in the search results. You can save as many favorites as you like. Use this feature to keep your current hiring projects or candidate profiles readily available. Regularly update your list by removing completed projects or applications with a click on the star icon.
Quick actions
You can quickly create new jobs or candidates directly from the search window.
Accessibility
You can also use the quick search entirely via keyboard shortcuts:
- Press Ctrl+K (Windows) / Cmd+K (Mac) to open the search window.
- Press ESC to close the search.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate through search results.
- Press Enter to select a result.
