The analysis provides a detailed overview of application statuses across different recruiting processes, jobs, and locations. This gives you valuable insights into the distribution and frequency of assigned statuses within your recruiting process.
Add analysis to a report
Steps to follow:
- In the "Reports" tab, select a new analysis.
- Choose the predefined analysis option "Application Status Overview".
- Set filter
- Select the recruiting process.
- Optionally, you can add time filters and additional filters (e.g., job, recruiting team, institution)
- Save analysis
- Save the analysis and add it to a report.
- Alternatively, you can add the analysis as a KPI widget to your dashboard.
Data visualization
The analysis is displayed both as a chart and in table format to enable a clear evaluation.

The analysis shows how often a specific application status was assigned, not the number of applications that had this status within a given period. If an application status was assigned multiple times (e.g., set to "On Hold" several times), this status will be listed accordingly multiple times.
