With the analysis of rejection reasons, you can gain detailed insights into why applications were declined. This analysis helps identify patterns and uncover optimization potential in the recruiting process.
How to add a new analysis to an existing report:
- Select “Reports” from the main menu.
- Create a custom report: Click “Custom Reports” and then “Add Analysis”. A window will open with various main categories.
- Select “Rejection Reasons” under predefined analyses.
- Choose the recruiting process, set a time filter, and optionally add further filters (e.g., job, recruiting team, institution, etc.).
- Save the analysis and add it to a report (and optionally to the dashboard as a KPI widget).
Data visualization is available as both a chart and a table.

Only the predefined rejection reasons can be evaluated. Therefore, please check your settings (administrators) in the recruiting process to determine whether the application status "Rejected" or "Candidate Rejection" is set as a mandatory field.
