The latest update of the onlyfy Applicant Manager also introduces new email templates.
This means that the templates have been visually, textually, and structurally revised. Here’s how you can use the new templates.
Option 1: You are currently using the default templates
In this case, you don’t need to do anything further. If you haven’t customized your email templates in the Applicant Manager, they will automatically be replaced by the new templates.
Option 2: You are currently using custom templates
If you have customized your email templates, they won’t be automatically updated. There are two ways you can also use the new templates:
Reset the template
You can reset a customized template back to the default template. Simply click on "Reset." This will replace it with the updated standard template. You can then modify the content as needed.
Manual adjustment
- Open the file with the new templates (attached as a download below).
- Copy the desired sections from the new standard templates.
- Paste the text into your email template in the Applicant Manager ("Settings" > "Messages" > "Notifications to Applicants" > "Edit").
- Adjust the content as needed.
- Save your changes.
How applicants benefit from the changes
The new email templates make communication with applicants clearer and more consistent. This improves the application experience and ensures that applicants can quickly find and access important information.
