onlyfy Application Manager
The application process in the onlyfy Application Manager has been fundamentally revamped. It will soon be faster, more intuitive, and accessible to all, offering a more pleasant application experience for candidates.

- Faster to the finish line: An application, including all necessary documents and information, can now be completed in a single step. This saves time – for you and your candidates.
- User-friendliness: The new, streamlined design can be used on all devices. This means candidates can now apply more conveniently via desktop or mobile.
- Accessibility: The entire process is designed to be accessible, ensuring that all candidates have the same opportunities.
- More completed applications: The simplified process leads to fewer drop-offs, allowing your candidates to reach their goal more quickly and smoothly.
- Unchanged settings: Your existing settings remain active. You decide which information is requested and in what order on the application form
What's Changing
- No login required: Candidates no longer need to register to complete an application. All updates and communication will be handled easily via email.
- Fewer integrations: The connection to XING and LinkedIn has been removed, as data entry is now more intuitive and faster.
- Complete applications: Since the form is now a single step, an application can only be submitted once all fields are filled out. This ensures you always receive complete applications.
- Separate tab: For better clarity for your candidates, the application form opens in a separate tab.
- Resume option: No CV at hand? Candidates can quickly create or update their resume via a link to lebenslauf.com.
- New email design: Candidates will now receive messages in the new layout, with useful links at the end of the email. More information and templates are available here.
