The filter menu for project-based search has received a comprehensive update to make finding suitable candidates even easier and more intuitive.
What’s new?
New “Find candidate” tab within each project
A new "Find candidate" tab is now available within every project. This replaces the previous “Find project-based candidates” button.
With the new tab, you can now start your candidate search directly—no detours needed.
Revamped filters: clearer and more logical
Filters have been reorganized and grouped to create a clearer structure and enable more efficient use. Additionally, the logic behind some filters has been improved to help you find relevant results faster.
Focus on the 8 most important filters
The eight most frequently used filters, along with the keyword search, are now front and center to support even more targeted searches.
Automatic pre-filtering based on project details
The search is automatically pre-filtered using key project details such as job title, career level, location, skills, and languages. This ensures the search is tailored to the specific requirements of your project right from the start.
New preference filters: target talents more precisely
Two new filters are based on talent preferences:
-
Preferred job titles
-
Preferred career level
These filters enable an even more precise search for candidates who not only meet the project requirements but also align with their own career aspirations.
Job title synonyms integrated
The job title filter has been expanded to include synonyms. This ensures that potentially suitable candidates won’t be missed.

All changes apply exclusively to searches started via a project. The “old” search remains accessible through the main navigation.
