We are constantly developing our products to make recruiting for you as efficient and as easy as possible. Our new onlyfy customers have been using the new job-specific candidate list since summer 2023, and it is now available for all onlyfy  accounts since February 2024 (exception: onlyfy Prescreen). New design

The design and navigation of the new job-specific candidate list is streamlined and clearer. We have reduced the amount of white space and reorganized the elements.

Transparent hiring processes

The following two elements are completely new compared to the previous candidate list:

1. You can see the hiring process directly above the new job-specific candidate list and know where your candidates are in the process.
2. You can now change the hiring status of individual candidates directly from the overview: click on the status and select a new status from the list.

Filter options at a glance

For easier navigation, we have moved the filter options to the right of the job-specific candidate list. (1). Here you can filter directly by your talents using different criteria and hide the filter if you wish (2).

You can also filter by custom questions (3) if you have activated the ´Filter in candidate & applicants lists´ option in your settings. Attention! Only ´Selection´ and ´Freetext´ answer types can be displayed.

View the visitors of your XING job ads

Have you posted paid XING Job Ads? If so, you can see who has visited your job ads under ´Profile suggestions´ (1) > ´Job ad visitors on XING´ (2). Add interesting visitors to your candidate list (3) and contact them directly from Application Manager.
