In the "Messages" tile, you can see
- how many conversations have been started, what percentage of your newly started correspondence has been answered by talents (response rate) or where feedback is still pending
- how many unread correspondences there are
- and the average waiting time for responses.
The data always relates to the time period you have specified.
- Log in to the TalentManager.
- Go to the section "Recruiter Insights" in the menu on the left.
- On the overview page ("Your Performance"), in the "Messages" section, you will see the percentage of your response rate (this refers to your own sent messages).
- In the "Team overview" section, you will see the response rate of the team.
You can change or compare the time period using the calendar at the top right.
Compare the information on started conversations with the response rate, pending responses and unread correspondence to determine whether your messages are successful.
[tip]
- Is your response rate in TalentManager below your expectations, and you would like to increase it? A low response rate is a good reason to rethink the frequency of the messages sent out and the subject line or content of the messages sent so far and, if necessary, to tailor them better to the target group. Take more time to check profiles and customize your messages to the recipients.
- Also compare the number of profile views (search) with the number of messages sent. Is this identical, or is the response rate higher? Keep up the good work! Your personalized messages address the respective recipients in a targeted manner.
