In early 2024, we will add another talent source, the onlyfy Talent Hub, to our portfolio. The onlyfy Talent Hub is an exclusive, cross-company talent pool, which allows participating customers to contact job seekers who are open to new professional challenges, directly.

Our new talent source offers the following benefits:
- Free advanced access to active job seekers ― regardless of whether they have a XING profile or not
- Extra visibility for the onlyfy and XING Basic job ads as part of regular job recommendations from XING to relevant talents
- Unlimited* direct contact options by emailing candidates from our recommendations list
- Save even more time and money with access to an additional talent source
All customers of onlyfy Application Manager and XING Job Ads will get access to the onlyfy Talent Hub in early 2024. We will let you know in a timely manner.

The path of the talents to the onlyfy Talent Hub
Your applicants will automatically receive an invitation to our onlyfy Talent Hub after applying. Depending on how the talents have applied, the invitation will be sent in two different ways. These are described in the next two chapters.
Applications via the application form
― Available in all onlyfy Application Manager price plans ―
Candidates who apply via the application form and upload a CV as part of the process will have the opportunity to join the onlyfy Talent Hub once the application has been completed. In order to do this, the person clicks in the last step ´Finish´ (1) on ´Find out more´ (2).
The person will then be taken to an information page where he·she will be able to register using the own e-mail address.
The final step is to confirm your registration by e-mail.
Other ways to apply
Applicants who contact you through any of the following channels will automatically receive an invitation to our onlyfy Talent Hub by e-mail once they have completed their application:

If interested, candidates can click ´Subscribe´ in the invitation to register for the onlyfy Talent Hub. The final step is to confirm the registration.
The talents in onlyfy Talent Hub
Talents from the onlyfy Talent Hub will be shown in the candidate list under ´Profile Suggestions" > ´Recommendations´. You can identify them by the tag ´From Talent Hub´. Click on the person to get more information such as work experience or education.
Would you like to contact a talent? First add he·she to your candidate list, then go to the section ´Your Candidates´ and now you can send a message by clicking on the button ´Start a conversation´. All talents from the onlyfy Talent Hub will be marked in the candidate list with the tag ´Found via Talent Hub´.
onlyfy Talent Hub settings
Users with admin rights can manage the onlyfy Talent Hub in the ´Settings´. For more information on the settings for each product, refer to the following chapters.
onlyfy Application Manager Go & XING Job Ads Core, Pro, Ultimate
Manage your settings for the onlyfy Talent Hub under ´Settings´ (1) > ´Active sourcing´ (2). Click the button (3) below ´onlyfy Talent Hub´ to revoke your consent (toogle grey).

You can only revoke your membership to the Talent Hub with effect for the future.
Please note that from the time of the withdrawal,
- you will not receive any further recommendations from the Talent Hub.
- your talents who apply to you after the withdrawal will also not be invited to the Talent Hub.
- you will no longer be able to contact talents from the Talent Hub that are on your candidate list.

You can rejoin the Talent Hub at any time by using the button (green). As a participating company, we ask your candidates if they would like to join the onlyfy Talent Hub after completing their application. Once they have given their consent, New Work SE will take sole responsibility for the application data and will support the participating applicants on their career path via the New Work SE service.
Once you join the onlyfy Talent Hub, your candidates who have joined the Talent Hub will also be visible to other participating companies. This also means that suitable candidates from other participating companies will also be visible to you in the profile suggestions.
onlyfy Application Manager Core, Pro & Ultimate
You can join the Talent Hub at any time under ´Settings´ (1) > ´Active sourcing´ (2) > ´onlyfy Talent Hub´ by using the button (toogle grey).
As a participating company, we ask your candidates if they would like to join the onlyfy Talent Hub after completing their application. Once they have given their consent, New Work SE will take sole responsibility for the application data and will support the participating applicants on their career path via the New Work SE service.
Once you join the onlyfy Talent Hub, your candidates who have joined the Talent Hub will also be visible to other participating companies. This also means that suitable candidates from other participating companies will also be visible to you in the profile suggestions.
You can leave the onlyfy Talent Hub at any time by clicking on the button (grey). However, you will only be able to see talents from the Talent Hub if you are participating in the Talent Hub as a company.
