Our new feature, the AI Assistant, will help you create your job descriptions quickly and attractively. Read this article for all the details.
The abbreviation AI stands for "Artificial Intelligence". The German word for this is "Künstliche Intelligenz" (KI). AI is increasingly being used in many areas of life, for example to save time by automating processes.
AI now also helps you with your XING Job Ads: our AI creates the text for your job ads based on the criteria you specify, such as job ad details or tone. This not only saves you time, but also allows you to further optimize your texts.
Create job descriptions with the help of AI
Create an XING Job Ad as usual by clicking on the ´Create XING job ad´ (1). Find out how to create a job ad in our article "Create and publish XING Job Ads".
Enter all the required information in the first step ´Job ad details´ (2) and proceed to the second step ´Job description´ (3). You will find the AI Assistant at the top of the page. The following data from your job ad details will be displayed in the first line (4):
- Job title
- Company
- City
Now define the following criteria so that AI can create the most suitable job description for you (5):
- Language
- Tone
- Sie- or Du (for German job descriptions only)
- Gendered forms (for German job descriptions only)
AI will now create the text for the following areas:
- ´Company description´
- ´Tasks and responsibilities´
- ´Profile requirements´
- ´Employee benefits´
While AI is creating the text for you, you will see the following message.
The text will then appear in the above areas, including a note that the draft was created by the AI Assistant.
Would you like to refine the text? You can use AI to further refine each of the four areas independently. To do this, click ´Edit with AI´ in the area you want, and select one of the following options:
- Improve readability: This option optimizes readability by simplifying language, improving sentence structure and organizing content in a way that is easy to understand. For example, by using simpler words, headings, lists or shortened sentences.
- Tailor to job role: This option improves readability, engages the reader with dynamic language and guarantees a refined version of the original text. For example, job-related words are used and additional information is added for better understanding (based on the job details).
- Reduce content: This option simplifies the description by compressing the text while preserving the essential information. For example, by deleting filler words or using clear terms.
- Rephrase & refine: This option refines the wording, adds relevant details and provides clarity while retaining the original meaning and tone.
The suggestion from the AI assistant will appear on top of your original text. You can use this text (1), discard it (2), or copy and paste parts of it into your job description. Please note that if you use the text in full, your original text will be overwritten.
