The job market is undergoing a gigantic change and qualified employees are in great demand. XING wants to play an active role in shaping this change from an employer market to an employee market and will be testing the first innovations on our website and in our app from 18 September 2023.

What is there to consider?
The first steps have already been taken. Since the beginning of 2023, non-registered XING users also have access to all job offers on our platform, which was previously reserved for XING members.
How does it work?
| The new homepage/startpage is called "Find Jobs". Users can jump right in and find their perfect employer match in the new search. For this purpose, new filters have been developed for inspiration, which already make it easier to find a job that matches the most important preferences (e.g. part-time, jobs beyond my career level) of users. | |

New and clear navigation
Your Jobs
The new "Your Jobs" section is a very personal area that allows users to manage their jobs, applications and search requests.
Insights
The "Insights" section is also new. It contains updates from the user's network, access to company pages (and new access to BrandManager), news about jobs and careers, news from the user's favourite industries, insider and industry news.
- Companies: Career, culture & cool teams. Know which employer you want to work for.
- Insiders: Around 250 job professionals and experts share their specialist and industry knowledge on XING.
- Jobs & Careers: The most important news on work, careers and colleagues to follow, like, share and comment on.
- Career Guide: The best articles on job applications, salary, leadership and management, labour law, tips from experienced professionals and insiders, and success stories to follow.
- Industry news: The most important news from the industries in compact form: Read news from top magazines and expert blogs directly on XING
