This article provides a detailed overview of all permissions for managing users and access groups in onlyfy Application Manager.
Manage access groups
With the help of access groups, you, as an admin, can set access rights and notification settings for your various user segments. To do this, log in to Application Manager and then go to "Settings" (1) > "Access management" (2) > "Access groups" (3). Now you can either create a new group (4) or edit an existing group (5).
Create new access group
Click on "Add access group" (1) to create a new group and fill in the following categories accordingly:
- „General“ (2): Assign a name in this area and define the role to which it belongs (hiring manager, recruiter, other). You can also add a description (maximum number of characters: 160).
- „Access“ (3): In this area you define the access rights for the respective access group. You will find the description of the individual accesses in this article in chapter "Access details".
Edit access groups
To edit a group, click "Edit" (1) for the required access group. You can now edit the general information (2), such as name, role and description, and the permissions (3).

With one click you can activate (green button) or deactivate (grey button) individual accesses or all accesses of the selected main categories at the same time by clicking on "All activate".
General

Access groups allow you to specify access permissions, as well as notification options, for different user segments. People with this permission can add active users to access groups. To do this, go to "Settings" > "Access management" > "Users", select a person, click "Edit" and select the required group from the drop down menu under "Access group". |
