Your performance / Team overview
Sourcing Channel Effectiveness / Recruiting Channel
Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, indicates whether a particular recruiting channel provides the desired access to the respective target group.
The fewer relevant candidates can be reached via a particular recruiting channel, the more negative the sourcing channel effectiveness.
In the box "Number of new candidates per recruiting channel" in Recruiter Insights, always keep an eye on how many candidates you have added to your projects and talent pools in the period you have defined. You can set the time period manually in the upper right corner using the calendar function.
Messages
In the "Messages" tile, you can see
- how many conversations have been started, what percentage of your newly started conversations have been answered by talents (response rate) or where feedback is still pending
- how many unread correspondences are available
- and the average response rate.
The response rate indicates how many potential candidates respond to your direct approach with a reply. By measuring the response rate, it is possible to check how well your message content is working with your target groups. A low response rate is a good reason to rethink the content of the messages you have sent so far and, if necessary, tailor them better to the target group.
Time-to-hire / staffing time
The time-to-hire indicator measures the time that elapses between the start of the recruiting process and the signing of a contract for a candidate acquired through active sourcing. A low "time-to-hire" is often a sign of well-organized recruiting processes and ensures that vacant positions are filled promptly.
In Recruiter Insights, you can view your "Time-to-Hire" in the specific tile at any time and also see how many positions you were able to fill in the period you specified.

To shorten this time, it makes sense to use automatic candidate recommendations. You can use quick replies to increase the speed of interaction with exciting talent.

Search
In the "Search" area, you can see how many searches have been performed and, in this context, how many candidate profiles have been visited. You can also see the "saved searches" that have been created.
The most promising search techniques include Boolean search operators, keywords and filters for narrowing down search queries. You can save your searches and create search notifications to save time and effort. Compare the details of searches performed, profiles visited and search requests to see if you are searching effectively and efficiently.
Projects
In the "Projects" tile, you can see how many projects you have created in the selected period.
[tipp]
You can also view the project statistics for each individual project. It contains information on candidates (status, salary expectations, duration of current position, current employers and career status), correspondence, response rates and outstanding assessments.
