Enable integration for your company
[hint]
Please note that any kind of integration can only be set up by an onlyfy user with admin rights.
Are you not an admin? Please contact the responsible administrator of your company with your request.

Set up Google Meet integration via the onlyfy Marketplace.
- Sign in to your onlyfy account, go to the Marketplace icon in the top-right menu
- Select Google Meet from the list, and click "Enable for your company"
Since Google Meet is a third-party integration, you must authenticate with your Google Meet admin account in the next step. By doing so, you enable the integration in onlyfy.
Attention! In this step, in addition to your onlyfy account, you will also need a company admin account that authorizes you to give your consent on behalf of the company. By default, each organization's IT department has this access. If you have any questions, contact your IT department. - Now click "Validate Google Meet" and enter your Google Meet credentials in the next pop-up window.
- Once you agree, you will be redirected to onlyfy and the integration will be active.

To conduct video calls using Google Meet, first connect your onlyfy account to your Google Meet account.
- Sign in to your onlyfy account, go to the Marketplace icon in the top-right menu
- Select Google Meet from the list, and click "Settings".
Since Google Meet is a third-party integration, you must connect with your Google Meet account in the next step. Use your Google Meet credentials to do this. - Now click "Connect Google Meet account" and enter your Google Meet credentials in the next pop-up window.
- Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to onlyfy and the Google Meet connection will be active.
Insert Google Meet link in your invitation
Once the integration has been set up by an administrator and the individual users have logged in once with their personal Google Meet credentials, the Google Meet link can be inserted in the meeting invitation.
Select the desired candidate, click on "New invitation" > "Meeting invitation" > "Meeting type" and select the option "Google Meet".
The link is then automatically inserted into the invitation and sent to both the recruiter and the candidate.
Disable the integration
The individual users without admin rights can disconnect from their personal Google Meet account at any time. However, these users cannot disable the integration for the entire company. Only people with admin rights can do this.
Disconnect from Googel Meet individually
To disconnect from Google Meet individually, sign in to your onlyfy account, go to the onlyfy Marketplace icon at the top right of the menu, select Google Meet from the list, and click "Settings" > "Disconnect".
Confirm your wish in the next step and the integration will be disconnected from onlyfy. The connection can be set up again at any time as described above.
Disable the integration for the whole company
People with admin rights can disable integration for the whole company. To do so, sign in to your onlyfy account, go to the onlyfy Marketplace icon at the top right of the menu, select Google Meet from the list, and click "Disable for your company" > "Disable".
