Are you looking for the right candidates? Actively approach interesting people by looking at the visitors to your job ads or by using our candidate recommendations.
In the ´Job ads´ section (1), open the desired job ad (2) and then click on ´Profile Suggestions´ (3). Now you have the option to choose between the following two categories:
- Recommendations (4)
- Job ad visitors on XING (5)
The red dot next to the categories indicates new profile suggestions or new visitors.
Recommendations
You automatically receive candidate recommendations from the XING network for every job ad you create.
Are you using the Talent Hub? In addition to the recommendations from XING, your talents from the Talent Hub will also be displayed here.
In the profile overview you can already see the following relevant information:
- Photo, name and employer (1)
- Profile match value (2) including a comparison of how far the skills, work experience and willingness to change job match your requirements
Would you like to know more about the person? Click on the desired person to open the profile and view information such as professional experience, educational background, willingness to change job (3).
Do you like a person's profile? Then add them to your list of candidates with one click (4). If a person is not interesting to you, you can remove he·she from the list by clicking on ´x´ (5).
Would you like to contact a talent? First add he·she to your candidate list (1), then go to the section ´Your Candidates´ (2) and now you can send a message by clicking on the button ´Start a conversation´ (3).
You can also further refine the list of recommendations by clicking on ´Filter recommendations´ (1) to the right of the list.
By default, the information here is identical to that which you have entered in the job ad details as part of the job ad creation process under location, career level and skills (2). Change the radius as desired, add new career levels or skills (3). Save your changes as the last step (4).

Job ad visitors on XING
In the ´Job ad visitors on XING´ section (1) you can see which people have looked at your job ad. Here you will find the following information about the visitors at a glance:
- Photo, name and employer (2)
- Profile match value (3) including a comparison of how far the skills, work experience and willingness to change job match your requirements
- Number of times the person viewed your ad (4)
- The date of the last visit (5)
Would you like to know more about the person? Click on the desired person to open the XING profile and view information such as professional experience, educational background, willingness to change jobs (6).
Do you like a person's profile? Add them to your list of candidates with one click (7).
Would you like to contact a talent? First add he·she to your candidate list (1), then go to the section ´Your candidates´ (2) and now you can send a message by clicking on the button ´Start a conversation´ (3).
