You will find the following two talent pools in the "Profile Suggestions" section of each active job ad:

• Recommendations: For each vacancy that you create with the help of nlyfy one Job Ads, you automatically receive ideal candidate recommendations — tailored to your needs.
• Job ad visitors on XING: In this section you can see who has viewed your job ad.

Have you found an interesting talent? Add them to your list of candidates and invite them to apply by clicking on "Start a conversation".

With the purchase of an XING Job Ad Pro or Ultimate, you receive five messages to non-contacts for directly addressing suitable candidates, regardless of your XING membership. This way you can reach job seekers outside your network and increase your recruiting success by personally addressing qualified talent.
