Use the access groups to define the notification options for the user segments of your Job Ads. This article is your guide to the process.

Edit access groups

You can find the access groups in the "Settings" (1) under "Access management" (2) > "Access groups" (3). Two groups are available by default: Admin and Recruiter. The difference between the two groups is that admins have access to the "Settings" section.

Do you want to change the name of the group or add a description? So click on "Edit" (4) and change the desired item in the pop-up window. Once you click "Save" (5), the changes will be applied.

Notification settings

Access settings by clicking the three dots next to "Edit" and selecting "Notification settings".

You now have the option of configuring the following three types of default settings for the individual access groups:

1. Select the type of notification from the drop-down menu under "Default":
   - Don´t notify
   - E-mail
   - In-app
   - E-mail and In-app
2. Determine whether the persons in the respective access group are allowed to change the default settings you have defined. To do this, move the slider under "Editable" (to the left for deactivation and to the right for activation).
3. Use the "Allow disabling" column to determine whether the access group may deactivate the respective settings.

The default settings

Based on our experience, we have preconfigured the notification settings for you. In the following overview, you can see the differences between the admin and recruiter notifications. You can change these at any time, as described above.
