In onlyfy Application Manager you can create an unlimited number of users with just a few clicks.
Go to the „Settings“ (1) > „Access Management“ (2) > „Users“ (3) and click on „Create new user“ (4). In the next window you can choose whether you want to invite users (5) or add them directly to Application Manager (6).
The following matrix shows the differences between the two variants:

Invite to join
Fill in the email address of the new user (1), select the desired access group (2) or ― if required ― the recruiter team (3) and send the invitation (4).
The invited person will receive an email so that he·she can register.
As soon as he·she has clicked on "Register" in the email, the registration page opens. Here the password can be set and the name entered. Optionally, the phone number can also be stored. If this field is filled in, the phone number is automatically added to the signature. As soon as the person has clicked on "Register now", he·she will be redirected to Application Manager.

Add user
Click on "Add user" (1) and fill in the form accordingly to create a new user:
- E-mail (mandatory field)
- Access group (mandatory field)
- Title (mandatory field)
- First name (mandatory field)
- Last name (mandatory field)
- Phone: If this field is filled in, the phone number is automatically included in the signature.
- (Recruiter-)Team
After you have clicked on "Create user" (2), an email with the login data including password (3) will be sent to the new user. From the moment of creation, this user is available for all processes.
