You can add an unlimited number of users with just a few clicks.
To do this, go to "Settings" (1) > "Access groups" (2) > "Users" (3) and click on "Create new user" (4). In the next window you can choose whether you want to invite users (5) or add them directly (6).
The differences between the two are shown in the table below:

Invite user
To invite persons, enter the e-mail address of the respective person (1), select the desired access group (2) and send the invitation (3). The "Team" option is currently without function.
The invited person receives an e-mail so that he·she can register. Once he·she has clicked on "Register" in the e-mail, the registration page will open. Here the password can be set and the name entered. Optionally, the phone number can also be entered. If this field is filled in, the phone number is automatically included in the signature. As soon as the person has clicked on "Register now", they are redirected.

Add user
Fill in the form under "Add user" (1) accordingly to create a new user:
- E-mail (mandatory)
- Access group (mandatory)
- Title (mandatory)
- First name (mandatory)
- Last name (mandatory)
- Phone: If this field is filled in, the phone number is automatically included in the signature.
After you have clicked on "Create user" (2), an e-mail with the login data including password is sent to the corresponding person. From the moment of creation, this user is available for all processes.
