Publish job ads on social media
You publish your job ads in the social networks by opening your active job ad and clicking on "Job promotion" (1) > "Book social media campaign" (2) > "Book a social media campaign" (3).
In the first step you configure your campaign, i. e. here you can select the appropriate networks. We currently offer the following social media channels:
- Kleinanzeigen (formerly eBay Kleinanzeigen)
- Google Display Banner
- Google Search
- Pinterest Boost
- Snapchat
- Spotify Jobanzeige
- TikTok
- Twitch
- Twitter Boost
- YouTube Banner
Based on your job details, we already recommend the channels that match your job ad on the left side (1). You can, of course, change them to suit your needs. Delete the recommended network with the trash icon (2) and add the desired network from the "Available channels" list (3). To do this, click on the "Add" button (4).
On the right side, under "Your budget" (5), you will see a suggestion for the budget of the social media campaign for the particular job. The recommendation is based on an AI technology and the value is related to the selected channels. Thus, the amount changes depending on which channels you have selected. You can also set your budget yourself by moving the slider to the left or right.
Check your booking by clicking on "Next step" (6). If you click on "Cancel" (7), your entries will not be saved and the campaign window will close.
In the second step you can check the selected channels (1) and the total amount again (2). If you want to adjust your selection, click on "Back" (3). If everything is correct, please click on "Book now" (4).
Your campaign has been booked and now you will see more information about the next steps.
In onlyfy one you will see your booking with the status "In Progress" under "Job promotion" > "Your bookings" > "Active".
Within two days of booking, you will receive an e-mail to your e-mail address with a link to the ad preview.
TalentBait optimizes your ads and adapts them to the respective network. If necessary, your ad will be supplemented with additional royalty-free photos (so-called stock photos). Now check your ad in the preview and edit it if necessary. Your ad will be displayed for each network you have selected for your campaign, so you can check all views carefully (1).
Is everything ready? In the last step, release the campaign by clicking on the "Kampagne freigeben & sofort starten" button in the top right corner of the ad preview (2).
You can then see the status of your social media campaign under "Job promotion" (1) > "Your bookings" (2) > "Active" (3).
