Connect the XING account

By linking your account to the corresponding XING company profile, you have a wide range of recruiting options: view XING profiles of your existing candidates or post job ads directly on XING.

To connect the accounts, go to "Settings" (1) > "Integrations" (2) > "XING integration" (3) and enter the name of your XING company profile (4).

Do your institutions have their own XING company profile? If you have defined them as legal entities under "Settings" > "Access management" > "Institutions", they will also automatically appear on the XING Integration page (1). Click on "Edit" (2) and enter the appropriate company profile (3).

XING features

In this section you can activate more useful XING features:

• „Enable XING profile matching for candidate profiles in onlyfy“: As soon as you activate this feature and a candidate has a matching XING profile, the link to the profile is displayed in the candidate profile.
• „Enable XING CV in candidate profiles“: If a XING profile has been stored in an application, the XING resume appears in the candidate profile. To view the XING resume, users must connect to the XING account.

Post jobs on XING

You can publish your jobs directly via onlyfy one on XING. For this purpose, we offer you the following options within the job creation under "Publish" (1):

• XING Basic (2): Our customers have unlimited access to free Basic Job Ads on XING (Runtime of 30 days).
• Job Ads on XING (3): Buy and publish onlyfy one Job Ads directly via Application Manager. Please note that the purchase of onlyfy one Job Ads via Application Manager is only available for online purchase for the time being.

Publish XING Basic job ads

Unlimited access to the free XING Basic Job Ads is available to you (runtime of 30 days). Click on "Manage" (1) to customize the information about your job ad for XING.

• Job title (2): By default, the job title is taken from the job details. If desired, you can customize it for the XING platform.
• Required skills and experience (3): Identify up to 10 skills that are important to the advertised position.
• XING Instant Apply (4): With this option, job seekers apply quickly and conveniently with a XING profile. Read more information about Instant Apply in the article "XING Instant Apply via onlyfy one Application Manager".
• Publishing settings (5): Specify a publishing date or have a reminder sent a few days before the job ad expires.
