Specify when your post will be shared with your followers. The scheduling function will then automatically publish it at that time.
- To schedule a post, go to your company profile on XING.
- In the menu, go to the "News" tab.
- Go to the "text field" and enter the post text.
- Then click on the "Now" clock icon located next to the "Post" button. A window will now open with a calendar integration where you can set the publication period of the post.
- By clicking on the calendar or tapping in the date field, the respective day can be selected. The same applies to the time. To facilitate your selection, three times (morning, noon, evening) are recommended for the time of publication. Then click on "Save".
- Now the publication time of the post is scheduled. With a final click on the "Done" button, your post is saved.
- You can find an overview of all published, scheduled, drafted and hidden posts in the XING Company Profile in the News section under "Edit all news".
- In the "Scheduled" tab, all scheduled posts are displayed chronologically. The publication time or content can also be adjusted again for your scheduled posts.
Just make sure to use the correct dimensions when uploading images:
- Recommended size: 1920 x 1080px
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Max. File size: 5 MB
- File formats: JPG, PNG, BMP
Also, when uploading videos, you only need to keep a few points in mind:
- Recommended size:1920 x 1080px
- Aspect ratio:16:9
- Max. File size: 5 MB
- File formats: MP4, MOV, AVI

- Log in to your Employer Branding Profile Professional in the "Mein kununu" area using your access data.
- Then click on the "Firmenprofil" section in the left-hand navigation bar, whereupon you select your kununu profile.
- Now all you have to do is scroll down a bit and select the penultimate "News" tab on the right - and you're ready to go with your company update. Think of an appealing title and select your desired release date. If this is in the future, your post will only be publicly visible at the specified time - so you can plan everything ideally in advance.
- Upload a suitable image and/or video - this is not a must, but recommended for a visually appealing presentation.
- Now save everything and click on "Veröffentlichen".
