Roles determine what people can see and do in the Employer Branding Profile. There are administrative roles that are designed for people who are responsible for managing accounts and settings. Non-administrative roles (Editors, Comment User) let people work in the employer Branding Profile and access key features.

The prerequisite is that you have purchased a license for the Employer Branding Profile and have a personal XING profile.
If you do not yet have a XING profile, please register first at https://www.xing.com and create a profile.

The access rights that are available depend on the profile type and platform:
kununu
The kununu user administration knows two different roles with corresponding access rights:
- Editors can, among other things, manage company information in the profile editor, view statistics and write comments on reviews and questions and have access to the "user administration" to manage access rights independently. This means that you can assign, change or revoke rights.
- Comment users can only post comments to reviews and questions

The access rights available to you for your employer profile depend on the profile type: the employer branding profile includes the roles editor and comment user. The free employer profile with comment function only includes the comment user role.

The XING team administration knows two different roles with corresponding access rights:
- Editors can edit company profile content and have access to BrandManager.
- Administrators can edit company profile content, have access to BrandManager and have access to Team Administration. They can thus assign, change or revoke rights.
