Employer profiles can only be managed from the personal XING profile, as XING is a person-based platform. Thus, a personal XING profile is necessary to be deposited for editing an employer profile.
In order to be able to manage a free employer profile, you must first be registered as an administrator for it. This is done by assigning rights in the team administration.
You can then customize the free employer profile as desired using the pen icons and publish news, among other things.
