In order to reach the right target group and convince them that you are the right employer, it is essential to regularly review your own recruiting measures and optimize them if necessary. With our reporting function, you can easily determine the most important statistical key performance indicators (KPIs) and use them to improve your recruiting activities.
Candidate rejections
Would you like to know how many candidates drop out of the application process? To do this, (1) select in the ´Reports´ section (1) a new analysis with the key figure ´Applications´ (2) and filter according to the application status ´Candidate rejections´ (´Kandidatenabsage`) or the term you have defined for this in your hiring process. If you wish, you can make further groupings or restrictions.
Number of job ads per job board / institution
In order to make an accurate decision about future investment, it is necessary to know the effectiveness of each job board. You can therefore analyse the number of job ads per job board and per institution.
To do this, create a new analysis for the key figure ´Jobs´ in the ´Reports´ section (1). You can then group this report by the attribute ´Job board´ or ´Institution/scope´ (2).
Analysis by gender
To analyse the applicants by gender, first select a new analysis by the key figure ´Applications´ in the ´Reports´ section (1). You can then select ´Gender´ as a grouping attribute (2).
If required, you can select further options under ´Filter´ to narrow down the analysis (e. g. a specific job).
Applications & jobs by main contact
You can use the ´Applications´ key figure to analyse the total number of applications in the system. If you then group by the attribute ´Job´ (1), you can divide the total number into the different jobs in the system.
If you want to group by ´Main contact´, this can also be added using the ´Filter´ function (2).
Hired by institution
For this analysis, select the key figure ´Applications´ and group the results according to the attribute ´Institution/scope´ (1).
Please note that different institutions may have different hiring processes and therefore different names for the status ´Hired´ (´Eingestellt´). In order to get the correct data, go to ´Filter´ (2) > ´Application´ > ´Job Application Statuses´ and select all items corresponding to the status ´Hired´.
Jobs by seniority
To view the number of applications by seniority, select the key figure ´Applications´ and group by the attribute ´Seniority´.
Candidates by custom question
To analyse your candidates according to custom questions, select the key figure ´Candidates´ and group the results according to the attribute ´Custom question´ (1). The ´Custom question´ field is now active and you can select the desired question from the list (2).
Source performance
The source performance can be analysed in two ways.
- Option 1: Analysis in the ´Job Statistics´ section
We provide the ability to track acquisition channels at the individual job level. To do this, go to the ´Job Statistics´ section of the job you are interested in.
- Option 2: Analyses in the „Reports“ section
The applications can also be analysed by source in the ´Reports´ section. To do this, select the ´Applications´ key figure and group them according to either the ´Job application acquisition channel´ attribute (1) or the ´Job application source input´ attribute (2).
Comparison of offers made and accepted
In order to assess the attractiveness of your job offers, it is helpful to keep an eye on the ratio between advertised jobs and accepted job offers. The Application Manager allows you to do this with two separate analyses, which you can then compare with each other.
First create a new report and select the ´Applications´ key figure. You can then select the desired status in the ´Filter´, e. g. ´Hiring desired´. Select the statuses in which there are applicants with an open job offer.
You can then generate another report by selecting the status ´Hired´ or ´Not Hired´ in the ´Filter´ section. By comparing these two analyses, you can get a realistic picture of how many of your job offers have actually been accepted.
Time in application status
You can use the predefined analysis ´Time in application status´ to calculate the average time applicants spend in a certain status. To do this, create a new analysis in the ´Reports´ section and select the predefined analysis ´Time in application status´.
On the left hand side you will see the average time spent in each application status in days.
Application day
Timing is everything! Knowing which days of the week your candidates have applied most often in the past can help guide future recruitment decisions. You will know when it makes the most sense to post your jobs on different job boards to maximize your response rate.
To obtain this analysis, select the ´Applications´ key figure and group them according to the attribute ´Weekday of creation´.
